I agree with some of the other reviews. Amazing pizza! Please don’t cut back on the toppings. I’ve been ordering your pizza for a very long time. I started to notice less and less toppings. Keep up with the quality and I gurantee I will continue to order from you and never order from the hut and dom : )

Hello there,
First, I want to just say that we have ordered pizza from you for several years and enjoyed it a lot. We do not take any pleasure in giving negative feedback but I feel like it is my duty to do so, and hopefully you will take it as constructive criticism, as it is meant. Tonight we placed our order at 4:53pm online and were told it would arrive in 40 min at 5:30pm. The pizzas finally arrived at 6.10pm, 1h 20min later, and the food was not hot by any means. As we pointed this out at delivery, the reaction was "whatever", and were told "we are busy". We had to heat the pizzas in the oven before eating them- this should not have to be necessary. My biggest concern though was that the quality and taste was not the same as before. The pizzas were light in toppings and very, very salty. Very disappointing and different to our usual experience with you. The crust was still good, which is why I am giving it 2 stars. I am looking forward to hearing back from you as to what may have happened here tonight and hopefully we can trust to order from you again. You had such a good thing going, please don't let slip.
